Please remember that due to the Holiday Weekend our Office will be closed on Monday, May 27th to allow our Staff to spend time with their families and friends.  Maintenance Services for your pool/spa will resume on Tuesday, May 28th.  

Please note that some Pool Maintenance Staff will be working tomorrow, Saturday, May 25th; if your pool/spa is not serviced Saturday you will receive maintenance service for your pool/spa during the week.

Daylight Saving Time

Spring is almost here...don't forget to set your clocks ahead one hour before you go to sleep this Saturday, March 9th!

Spring is also a good time to change your filter cartridges and O-rings and get ready for the summer.  Just like 'Spring Cleaning' it's important that your filter cartridges and O-rings be replaced yearly to maintain that your pool/spa run and circulate properly.  It's a small piece of equipment that is so important for your pool/spa investment!

Call our Office or Email us to approve replacing your filter cartridge and O-ring; we'll make sure to put this on our schedule and replace them for you.

Pool Heat Pumps and Cool Weather

As you know we have been having cooler weather here lately!  While it's a nice change we would also like to remind you that this also requires that you run your pool heat pump more hours than normal to reach your desired temperature.

In most cases your heat pump is working properly.  If you've lived in cold climates you're aware that it takes a little longer for automobiles and homes to reach the desired temperature inside when the temperature outside drops to lower degrees.  This same concept applies to pool heat pumps here in Florida, they just needs a little extra time to reach the desired temperature you would like your pool to be.

Please remember that a service fee will be charged should we have to send a technician out and there is nothing actually wrong with your pool heat pump other than it just needs to run longer to reach the desired temperature.
